NAPP’s Utility Based DR Programs

  • Unique to NAPP – proprietary agreement between NAPP and the utility
  • Allows customer to choose # of called events and monthly commitment levels.
  • Monthly payments whether or not event is called.
  • Benefit of participation in a customer “pool” for call performance assessment.
  • Fewer call events than some utility or other Aggregator programs.
  • Customer must be ready to respond weekdays 10:00 AM-7:00 PM (non-holidays) with minimum 2 hour notice.

NAPP’s “Smart Response” Utility Based DR Program - Southern California Edison

  • Unique to NAPP – proprietary agreement between NAPP and Southern California Edison.
  • Allows customer to choose # of called events and monthly commitment levels.
  • Monthly payments whether or not event is called.
  • Benefit of participation in a customer “pool” for call performance assessment.
  • Fewer call events than some SCE or other Aggregator programs.
  • Customer must be ready to respond weekdays 11am-7pm (non-holidays) with minimum 2 hour notice.
