- Allows customer to choose # of called events and monthly commitment levels.
- Monthly payments whether or not event is called.
- Benefit of participation in a customer “pool” for call performance assessment.
- Fewer call events than some utility or other Aggregator programs.
- Customer must be ready to respond weekdays 10:00 AM-7:00 PM (non-holidays) with minimum 2 hour notice.

- Unique to NAPP – proprietary agreement between NAPP and Southern California Edison.
- Allows customer to choose # of called events and monthly commitment levels.
- Monthly payments whether or not event is called.

- Fewer call events than some SCE or other Aggregator programs.
- Customer must be ready to respond weekdays 11am-7pm (non-holidays) with minimum 2 hour notice.
